Default Special Event Badges

I've noticed that in conversation with alot of the participants in either WTD or DBR that there is lots of computer experts out there.

As I'm not a computer expert I was wondering if anyone could come up with a badge that is specific to a subject event such as DBR and/or WTD.

Also to limit it to rregistered participants of each event.

Example to use "The Dragon Slayer badge but add something like "WTD 08" to it.

I'm just wondering if it could be done.

Just a thought!!!!!!!

The badge that you see at the bottom is an assigned badge so unless it scrolls WTD and/or DBR, someone from the Admin team would have to switch it every time. Reality is, that's not going to happen. The only other option would be to have two seperate badges.. one for WTD and one for DBR... whcih would mean someone from the Dragon events team would have to assign twice as many badges (since these have to be manually added) for each event.

In regards to the limitation to the event.. that's something that the events team would handle, and not something from a computer standpoint. If they want to limit the event, that would be something they could handle with their registration process. Historically, this was more of a space constraint (hotel), rather than an events restriction.

Just my $.02.

Thanks Mocky,

Not to limit participation in the Event - but to limit the Specific WTD or DRB Badges to paid participants.

I don't believe we would ever want to limit paid participants in any of the events - the more the merrier!
