There won't be any organized drives on Sunday but I'm sure there will be people staying over for an additional day (or two). So just throwing out ideas because I can. Maybe we could have a Name and Logo contest? I think itd be nice to have a name the community can vote for?

Also, can we have a optional T-shirt maybe for sale at the event? I know it's not included in the event registration fee, but maybe we can have one for sale anyway?

 

I'll sell you a plain white one, and throw in a sharpie so you can draw on it!

Most likely not enough time to develop a nice logo, find shirts, get them printed, take orders, shipped, etc. You need to buy in bulk to get a halfway good price.

I'd rather skip the shirt instead of getting one done hastily and it not looking good. But then that is just my three cents worth!

 

I'll try to get a shirt made. Maybe only a dozen (1 small, 1 medium, 4 Large, 3XL and 3 XXL). That should cover the situation. Let me get a price for shirts and I'll post it and if there's enough interest, I'll order them.

Shirts will be 100% cotton, black polo's with embroidered S's at the Gap at the top and September 2012 on the bottom. They will be $25 each. If you're interested, please PM me with your name and shirt size and I'll order them. We need a minimum order of 12. for that price. Below 12 they are $28.50 each.
