yeah, if we're hydroplaning down the Dragon, I suspect we have other problems

If you plan on running the Dragon very hard all weekend you will use up 3 or 4/32nds of tread in the Smokies.
Last April Kim and I started with 5/32nds on SO2's and we had Bald Rear tires when we returned home.
IMHO the best way to go is with New Tires so you won't have any worries.

lol, I'll just limit myself to 50 runs or so, in that case
Gotta put new tires on the CR-V this week to get the rest of the family down to the Dragon, so the budget is shot, atm.
