Based on current information, I sent this to Sheila McCoy.
Raul has put her in charge of the vintage arrangements.
we need an accurate count as soon as possible.

smccoy - If there is anything you need help with in putting "Vintage" together at this event, please count on me. I am planning on arriving with the group from Cinny on Friday afternoon, but if you need help earlier, let me know. I will change my plans. I am looking forward to meeting Y'all. Glad to help! Other than checking out the seating and putting a "Reserved" tent on the Vintage table(s) late Saturday afternoon, I think we're set!
