Just so you guys know, last year for the dragonball run, it rained. It was still the most fun I ever had. It wasn't constant, just a quick shower here and there. The tops were down 90% of the time. In the mountains, it's so hard to predict and most of the systems that pass through, stop just below Tennessee.
Just think of it this way, 30% rain means 70% sunshine
So, the new and improved forcast would read as follows:
Friday: 40% sunshine
Saturday: 70% sunshine
Sunday: 80% sunshine
