White CR bites it at the Dragon

Getting stuck behind slowbie's sure cools the tires down. Seems like a rookie mistake if it's the same guy though, makes me wonder if it was really him. I never saw him drive, but heard plenty of rumors last year.
I have a hard time thinking it was solely salt on the road that made him bite it though. Surely not his first time on the road that day to be running so hard, so he must have been aware of conditions.
Flame all you want, but I have a hard time condemning him as hard as most of you are. Locals certainly have a lot more knowledge of "safer" (I wouldn't dare say "safe" in front of you all!) areas to pass, when stuck behind stubborn slow drivers that won't pull over. I can certainly appreciate the frustration, but don't pretend to have enough local knowledge to make a pass like that. I can't say it hasn't crossed my mind though.
And on the topic of local knowledge, I have personally witnessed none other than Mr. Don't Cross the Lines himself, Killboy, pass 3 or 4 of us at NIGHT in his Evo. We were behind an INCREDIBLY slow S that just refused to get over, whom we had been following for several miles at that point. (Rumor is the S driver was a bit inebriated and trying to impress a chick. I sure hope she wasn't! But I digress...) Back to my point - How many here would pass the same criticism to Killboy?

This is the kind of crap you have to worry about regardless how "good" you are. How good you are won't help the idiot coming toward you in a blind curve on the wrong side of the mustard.

So I guess we are all hypocrites.
Just saw an episode on "Destroyed in Seconds" on Discovery Channel. They showed a biker biting it after passing on the double yellow and carrying to much speed into a curve. He hit what looked like a Dodge Dakota pickup.
Asshat!!!
Asshat!!!
I promise you this....if someone pulled that sh*t while I was driving around them and caused me to damage my car, or have to take otherwise extreme action to avoid there reckless a$$, it would take several people to stop me from beating the hell out of them. It is a public road, on a double yellow line, with blind bends. Not the place to drive like an a$$hat with other drivers around you.

Indeed...imagine that oncoming bike was an S2000.
