I'm interested in the sparkplug cover pictured above and installed on a waaay-loaded up black S2K. Sorry...sooo many names this weekend . I'm also interested in ordering the clear side markers he had on his car. I've reviewed www.carparts.com and found the following (based on his advice of, "go to that site, and search for clear side markers for a Honda Civic)...

Clear side markers <== click link & scroll down to 92-99 Honda Civic (doesn't have specific pics for each and every listing ...so I need confirmation prior to ordering to verify that were I to order these, they would match what he had on his car). If memory serves, the sidemarkers on the black at D-ball '02 had a horizontal "wave" of refractive plastic. Am I wrong???

Since all offerings of side markers on www.carparts.com were APC products, I checked out APC's site as well and get this variety of side markers: APC's offerings <== gotta click Products then side markers... But again, none looked *exactly* like those on the black S2K. Could it be that those on the black are now discontinued???

Mike M. from IPS Racing (one of the site sponsors) has the Spoon carbon fibre spark plug cover in stock -and- even has it on specials. He has a thread going in "The Marketplace" you may want to check out.

Afraid I knew about Mike M.'s thread -- that's where I got the pic. Also used the pic to see if I could jog someone's memory of the name of the participating Dragonball'er that had the black S2K loaded to the gills with goodies (including the Spoon CF spark plug cover...which I do want), and the clear side markers (which I want but can't seem to put my finger on) <== and for that reason, I'm trying to get the name of the owner of that black S2K soz I can PM him more specifically on my question regarding the clear side markers.

Dave, I got your PM... so I guess I'll answer your questions here...

I got my Spoon CF Spark Plug Cover from R&D Motorsports... a great board sponsor. And that GB price with IPS Racing is good...

As for the Cleared Side Markers I have... I also search Carparts.com... and I found nothing. They might not carry them anymore. I know for a fact they are not APC... but who knows... they might of sold out to them. I'll keep on searching for them... and let you know

 

car parts does have the clear side markers and they fit great on my car...
