I'm tellin' ya, only like two or three miles from the hotel is Mellow Mushroom Pizza. You should do that on Friday night. 
Usually they have great soft pretzels also, but the time we went in Knoxville, they burnt our batch.

We go downtown on the river some times, I think we went to Tennessee Grill last time. There's lots of places, just depends on how big of a group gets rounded up. I try to avoid the restaurants around our event hotel because that whole area is way too busy, though I like Carabba's (for all the wrong reasons
). We'll figure it out
