Friday - Cherohala Skyway
10:00 Leave from the Fontana General Store
11:40 Lunch at Nut In Fancy
1:00 Cherohala Skyway, waterfall, overlooks
2:30 Ice cream in Robbinsville (optional)
4:00 Back at Fontana (back at Fontana at 5:00 if we stop for ice cream)

Saturday - Rt 28 Run
9:15 Monster "Raul"out
11:30 Lunch at Deals Gap (maybe even try to be there at 11:15?)
12:30 General Store at Fontana Village
1:30 Peppermint Patties
4:30 Back at Fontana

We will have a sign-up, in the Lobby @ the Lodge.....
.......or as usuual by word of mouth !!!!

Both drives will be lining up and leaving from the road in front of Fontana's General Store....

Please be on time, as we will not be waiting around....

Drive ending times are approximate..... depends on how slow we drive and how much ice cream we eat!!

 

I'm in for Sat. but I will be busy with the Poker Run on Friday.

In for the Rt. 28 run...

are you going south? How far? Great road that 28 south of Fontana especially after you leave NC!

 

Rt 28 is only part of the drive..... and there are different parts of Rt 28..... once you head to Franklin on Rt28... its a blast!!!

There is a lot more to this drive..... ask anyone who has been on it.....

 

I'm going to have to make a spreadsheet to plan which drives and gatherings I'll be able to meet.
