Several things:
The registration is at MyAutoEvents.com so, unfortunately, we can't reboot the server ourselves. I've used this site before and I've never seen it down, so I expect we'll see it up sooner rather than later. Thanks for your patience.
Several of us have talked to the Inn. They're trying to get their act together on the rooms. They assure us that rooms are available but the person that really understands the reservation system won't be in until Monday. We expect everything to be resolved then. If you've been told there are no rooms or booked something other than your first choice, call back Monday and check again. If you do make backup reservations somewhere else, be sure you can cancel them if you decide to stay at the Inn where everything's hap'ning. Hang in there folks, this place looks great and it's _right_ by the Dragon!
Smccoy is in charge of the carwash area and she keeps her car a lot cleaner than I do mine. She's been talking to the Inn and there will be a car wash area. She will have more to say soon about what will be available.
Also, Carolina Shine will be accepting orders for Zaino products to be drop-shiped to the Inn. You'll see a seperate post on that later on. If you need anything and order it for WTD, the price will be the same but there will be no sales tax or shipping charges.

when i originally called, they said the sweetheart and fireplace rooms weren't even available at the discounted rate as part of the dragon event. 
i ended up taking a 1 BR cottage. if I had my choice, i'd have taken the sweetheart room for me and my +1!
