When is the last day to register? I probably won't know until the beginning of March if I can attend.

Registration Deadline 08-Apr-2006 Entries must be received prior to the registration deadline.

If you can come in via US 74 to NC Hwy 28, you will miss most of the more difficult twisty bits. Hwy 28 between fontana and 74 will still be curvy, but it shouldn't be a problem.
