It goes like this with registration every year; we get a flurry of registrations from the "core" team the first couple weeks , then a slow but steady trickle from the first-timers or the "not quite sure what my schedule's going to be" return attendees .

The last few weeks have the most activity. However, as our fearless leader pointed out, registration and the discount on the Fontana rooms ends earlier this year, so don't wait toooooooo much longer!
