Just found out that Fontana is fully booked.

READ: NO MORE ROOMS

I'm having Fontana scrub the list to ensure ONLY registered WTD7 folks receive the discount for rooms.

On another note, the VW R32 guys will be there and it looks like they are expecting nearly 70+ cars. So it's gonna be a busy weekend.

I already reached out to their organizer to share itineraries and the like. It also looks like we'll be sharing the car wash set up. The R32 guys I've met at the Dragon in past events/gatherings were really cool...so I expect the same on this trip.

Not because of her...it would be worth it just to see you.
I can assure you, you will be disappointed....I look no where near as hawt as Sarah Palin, nor can I field dress a moose. I am just a regular American.

Just don't run me off the road and into a ditch....I know how you lefties are. Fort Marcy Park anyone?!

I tell you what....if I had say.....Bill Gates money, I would ask/pay her to come. We could have had her hunt game in the woods and feed our pack of hungry roadster wolves! She could also teach the females how to shoot and hunt. I think it would have been a win/win.

They couldn't pick another day? I thought it was SOP to check if other car clubs are running the same weekends so its not packed on the roads. /sigh
Most clubs do check on tailofthedragon site but that's not to say that they have any reservation about double-booking a weekend.. We've been there at the same time other clubs have been there (someone want to find some more carnage from the MR2 club )

I think most clubs stay clear of the "large" events.. Mini Cooper, Miata, etc... 200 S2000s won't stop people from coming.... but 500 Minis will

My $.02..

but I do agree with you... less cars is always nice

As a lefty, I would support your right to sue Honda in a products liability action based on the theory that it would be reasonably forseeable that at some point someone would try to run you off the road and that all S's should come equipped with electronic safeguards to prevent precisely something like that from happening. It would be just another suit against the greedy corporate establishment. After all, as a lefty I couldn't tolerate the notion of personal responsibility.

Well, they are VW's, and I would expect nothing less out of VW owners. For it is written that some day all will bow at the Altar of Wolfsburg.
