I see a lot of 00-05's getting swapped with K blasters. But not too many 06+

Background info:

• I have broken my F22C and also my heart.
• Car is mostly track driven; occasionally street driven.
• I need AC (semi negotiable)
• I need cruise control (less negotiable)
• I need to pass plug-in OBD2 Illinois emissions to keep it streetable

Anyone know if the above is achievable? I believe this means K20 AC compressor and wiring for Kpro?

I'm thinking of reaching out to ASM services in WI. I'm aware of their stellar reputation and knowledge.

But before I waste Andy's time...just trying to gather knowledge on my own.
