Default J Swap Mounts and parts etc.

Has anyone done this swap recently that can provide a list of items I would need? I may have spun a bearing in my F-series and am considering this as an option if the price is right.

Is there a company that makes mounts for this swap?

I believe these guys make the mounts. If memory serves you'll need an ECU from a manual.

Just ask Jason Schmuck of Schmuckbuilt to copy his. I'm sure he would be willing considering his car is in a constant state of redo

Found it!! Inline Pro makes a kit for our cars. I called today and got some really helpful info.
Things that need to be done are: Mounting kit(IP), Custom headers, Standalone ecu/oem ecu, and both wiring harnesses(J and F). I calculated it roughly being $4-6K alone minus the engine(which is really cheap).

Chase Johnston with Inline Pro can help you out if you're planning on using their kit. Username V6Donut or InlinePro on here will get you in touch with him.

Not trying to threadjack, but did you guys figure out how to hook up the A/C? I see V6Donut is rolling with it now.

Y'all should contact Chase directly to inquire about his A/C setup. He's the only one I've seen with A/C successfully retrofitted back in. Username V6Donut or InlinePro on here will get you in touch with him. Or look him up on Facebook.
