Got a couple of questions:
1) What's our destination? Do we each go to our designated hotel, or is there a central meeting/arrival place?
2) Check in document is for Parc Hotel Du Lac. If my designated hotel is different should i still complete this form?

 

1) Go to your hotel upon arrival.
2) Document may have Pac Hotel du Lac on it, but it is valid for all the hotels, so complete it as normal and take it with you.

 

Sorry if this is a stupid question..... I don't have any form telling me what hotel I am staying at, as far as I know I have no idea what my designated hotel ?? Lee can you enlighten me please... Thanks!
