Good to see most people in a more understanding frame of mind, having had a few days to digest all the information.

I have been keeping Furio up to date with all your requests and questions and he has been working very hard over the last few days on several projects for the meet.

I hope to be able to contact you all in a few days time to give you detailed information of activities at the meet, the breakdown of all the costing at the meet and also payment details, for existing, but more importantly NEW participants.

I am going to lock this now as I feel that all the key arguments have been aired and that the vast majority of people are now happy with the payment structure.
