If possible, make the change so BE/NL are together Ian, because we're the same club.
But if it's too much organising effort, just leave things as they are, I see that hotel Sorriso & Florida are just next to eachother. Not a very big deal in the end, put us together for dinner then

I remember BE/NL were together in Du Lac in 2009.

Laurent I spoke to Furio and Federica but they say it can't be changed now. I thought they would know that it's the same club, but obviously they forgot.

No issue Ian. I will cover this to my group, and run between 2 hotels if they need info from me.

Put BE+NL together for the ride on saturday & the evening dinners, and all will work out fine I guess
