welll I guess if he knows you it will be a different treatment.
He just wants to secure himself a bit.

Beeing a vendor nowadays is pretty tuff cause there are many people out there which are not correct.

No didn't see Regional... only Polar, Polar Ice and Solera - I guess that's because I was in and around Caracas most of the time. Apart from that I did a trip to Angel Falls - amazing!
