Default headlight squirters?

I saw on some pictures of UK or other country, outside of US, s2000 bumpers have the headlight squirters? I would like to know if this can be installed on USDM bumpers? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Here in germany these squirters are statutory if your car has xenonlight. That's why all s2ks here have them.

But I don't know if it's possible to upgrade them.

IMO you'll need a lot more then the squirters and some tubing to do it properly.
The headlight squirters have their own pump and their own button to operate.
I guess you could run the tubing feeding the windshield squirters also to the headlight squirters.
That may lower the pressure in the system too much though.
