you should see those crazy English folks (I'm almost living in London now) : as soon as it stops to rain, all the convertible owners put the top down.
That must be a way to convince themselves that they're not living in the worst European city in terms of weather...

I agree. It's unbelievable the love the brits sport for their cars. They are even worse than we are.
You can be in London in the middle of the winter but you will not fail to see an open saab, bmw, volvo or the like, usually in the Harrods vicinity. Amazing!
