I had a girl friend a while bad that was drivin 110 in a 45 or 35 mph zone...
She did have anything on her record so they gave her a ticket and they asked me why did I let her do that? They told me if we catch you doing that you are going to jail...
She was drivin an STI...

Not true...I've gotten 4 tickets for exactly 9mph over.
Man, you are unlucky! I don't even bother slowing down driving right past cops so long as I'm doing <=9mph over. Never been pulled for doing that much over either...even when going through a high enforcement area with motocycle cops pinging away at my car with laser/radar.

You guys have me paranoid now. After reading this post, I went to lunch. Going down Maitland Ave, I pass a cop going 45 in a 35! I check my rear view and he is making a u-turn!! Oh NO!!
But he then turns off onto another street! Whew...

But, still you guys have totally bad luck...

Just realized that the 4 speeding tickets I have gotten in my lifetime have all been in RED cars.

73 OLDS 442 RED 1 ticket
77 Pontiac Grand AM RED 1 ticket
2003 S2000 RED 2 tickets (both within 3 months of owning the S)

Drove two grey 300zx s for over 200K miles and was never even stopped. have had 5 other cars and no stops in any of those either.

Speeding tickets don't seem to hurt the insurance that much at my age.

Well there's a difference between a speeding ticket and disturbing the peace.

I've been harrased by the police to, always for having a scanner in the car, and been arrested two times. You need to relize most police are scum, and are trained liers, so watch what you say to them. You need to have a lawyer before you need one, so do some research and find one you like.

If you are arrested, do not resiest, and when they beat you, do not try to protect your self. Do not give them permision to search anything, and do not speak to them with out a laywer present. Keep in mind that justice means nothing to the legal system.

Fear the police and try to stay off their RADAR. If you must speak to a police officer, be ploite but watch what you say.
