I will try to get in touch with Todd. His phone situation is screwy because his previous carrier and his new carrier I think are over lapping service or something. It is odd but I can not get through to him either.

I will see what's up.

Sorry guys. We have been real busy. If you come by the shop we have 18 cars all over in various stages and there is only 24 hours in the day. We have been calling people back in the evening but after a few calls and hours on the phone we get little done in the shop. This week alone we have had cars being tuned on the street and on the dyno, that is why the phone goes to voice mail. We have too much work this week to take in business and get it done in a timly manner. You can understand right?

I have now a very sophisticated phone/palm pilot called the Treo. I can send and receive emails through it when I am away from the shop and check orders with vendors via the web.
If you cant get ahold of us via phone, please email us. We will respond.

I appoligize for the lack of repect in calling you guys back. Alex I will get with you today.

SSAP1 email me with your request.

As many of us know...Todd is the man and does top notch work. Because of that everybody wants him to look at their car and well...he gets backed up. Though stressful for him and you to have to wait in line it is part of the gig. If he could see you immediately I would wonder why isn't he busy? He's going through some growing pains right now. It is hard to hire more help because he has very high standards IMO. You want that though. People like Todd are hard to find so CaptainBK (Chip) or somebody else that is a mad scientist just hurry up and clone the bad boy and everyone will be happy.

Best of luck Todd and congrats on the growing business.

Thanks for urging me on for my Nobel prize.

I wish that it was that simple. Although we might be able to clone the Todd body, how could you ever reproduce his years of experience. That has to gotten the old fashioned way.

I must go back to the "la-bor-atory" :Evil laugh inserted here:

Nah, if you can digitize the brain, including the location of all chemical molecules (down to the detail of atoms, I believe, would be unnecessary), a copy would have all knowledge and experience up to the point of digitization.

Uh oh, sounds like a job for an EE

Well I met with Todd and talked for a while, great guy and very knowledgeable. They are slamed right now but he is the guy I need so I am in line for some work. I use to haul my car to Columbus, Ohio to get work done.. We are lucky to have some one like him here in Tampa..

Most AutoZones won't do that anymore.... they got sued for doing that and messing up an engine so it's against policy now. That's what a guy told me last week.
