I might just end up getting the whole car repainted by someone else but for now I just want to get the door re-done for the time being

Took mine off this week with a hair dryer heating things up. No issues.

No problems with mine. Getting the glue edges off has been work.

Now NFR car can speed and be reckless again

Use Maguires "Cleaner Wax", takes it right off, no hard rubbing etc.

I agree. I used Maguire's Quick Detailing Spray and it took it off right away too.

i wish i knew that sooner.

Jcarlton - I went to Gene Perez and the guy I spoke to (from the shop on N Florida) will not just do the door alone. The only way they will do it is they have to repaint the whole right side which is about $1000 and to repaint the whole car is about $4000-$5000 I think so I just need to find someone to paint the door only. Anyone have any other suggesstions?

they are correct to not want to paint the door alone. you have a very hard color to match and painting the door alone will result in a mis-matched part on your car. them blending the color into the entire side of your car is a necessary thing IMHO

I know it is expensive but look at the long run...if you paint just the door now, it will not match and eventually you will have to repaint the entire side of the car the correct way and be out the money it cost you to just pant the door.
