Default Any suggestions?

Just asking opinions or if anyone has seen this done

Got a GP White s2k wheels will be dark gunmetal

Considering a carbon fiber hood but dont want the black hood... so what if we painted the hood all GP white except leaving 2 unpainted stripes down the middle. Then clearcoating the crap outa the hood leaving the end result as 2 carbon fiber stripes. Then do same on CF trunk.

Car will have other cf accents, i.e. plate under rear bumper with single cutout for exhaust in leu of duals, hood dampeners, more to come.

PS, wait till you guys see what we've done since the March 4th run...

White/Tan/Black stripes doesn't sound good.

If you had a black interior, it would be better looking with the stripes.

Question

See Cyclon's Car Here

Not a cf hood and yelow instead of white but it will give you a decent idea of the weight (aesthetically) of the modification

Not good IMHO

Go cf or not, but I have not seen a paint scheme using a CF hood that I have loved yet.

I agree w/ everyone else. GPW/tan is a very classy combination. Your car looks clean. I'd leave it that way.

I've seen it done where the cf followed the natural lines of the hood. It looked really really good. Just make sure you use the lines of the car and don't fight the original design. It can be done tastefully. I will post pics if i can find them.

Thats not a bad idea willie, im not into stripes either really, just looking for something different. Let me know if you find some.

One cF pain scheme ive seen was a custom sprayed forest green car with a cf hood. Hood was then sprayed with a candy coat of the same color and then clearcoated. Very subtle, cool effect.

Guess we wont need much accents with 400 hp
