PM James (vvs) or go to his website (press one [J's Racing] of my icons below.) He has a rollbar on his S and I am quite sure he can get you one.

I'm really suprised you need one for winterfest. That doesn't sound right to me.

you could have one custom made at Raabe Racing in Daytona. They've got a helluva shop. From what I've heard, the Cusco is all looks and does not qualify you for HPDE, but I'm not positive so look into that before you buy.

It's not allowed, I was fighting them on it at the last sebring event. Somehow a stock Z3 or Z4 is allowed because it's "safe" but the S2K is not. Personally it just made me annoyed with PBOC (and some other things helped out) so instead I'm just not going to support their events.

Willie Gee is correct, the Cusco/Safety21/Spoon roll bar is an appearance mod more than a safety mod. To my knowledge, it is not considered to be proper roll protection by any sanctioning body. Does that mean it won't protect you in case of a roll bar? It's hard to say. I don't think it has been properly tested in a variety of crashes is all.

But if all they require is some sort of roll bar, without checking, it probably would work. Otherwise, you might want to get a certified safety shop fab one up for you. Just be aware, every roll bar I have seen for the S2k will effectively reduce your leg room. So if you're a tall one like me, you may find yourself a little more cramped than usual.

Something tells me this

is more safety than appearance.
As well as this

Yep, most real cages that are fully welded and not bolted together are going to be safety first. I was speaking in terms of the roll bars like the Cusco unit, which has bolts near most of the critical crush points.
