Yeah, you can sue them, but good luck getting any money out of a 16 year old gang member. They are pretty much judgment proof. So basically you'll be paying court costs and attorneys fees and never see a cent back.

They caught the four , 14 yo kids that stole Jeep heep 1 off of my buddys lot in Sanford. They destroyed it in the comission of an armed robbery and the police chase.....then once it made it to the impound lot, it cost me almost $400 to get it out. I was so f-ing mad. So now I have a wrecked jeep ( I only had liability on it as we were selling it), I am out the impound money and can't sell it. We are still waiting to hear if there is possible restitution....yeah right. if these kids came from a family like that....sure they will just write me a check.

Oh well....it was only the HEEP......I would be sick if it was my S or another nice car.
We have driven the S several times to the orlando area and stayed in Hotels. I will think seriously about not doing that again.
