you got to commit to date and just pull the trigger. if you plan some stuff to do and a raffle or something they will come. I almost guarantee(<---sp sux) 25+ cars easy.

people need a commitment so they can make plans. our area is vast and people will travel for a large event like this could be. i will call you tommorow sometime so we can brainstorm.

I bid for my schedule by the 12th of the month prior. The results come out the 16th. If I don't request days off by the 12th I probably won't get them off.

If I know by October 12th I can bid days off for November.
