Way ahead of you...

Bacon candy = take hot pan full of bacon grease, place in refrigerator, cool for 3 hours, remove from fridge, spoon into bowl and enjoy!

I have a recipie for Rumake that you wrap bacon around a sea scallop then powder it with brown sugar.....Oh my GOD are they good!!!!!!

Bacon grease would not be my favorite item except to fry stuff or add some flavor...def not COLD.

Hey Rob.....you had better schedule you bypass surgery now......you might get a better price, PRE-NEED
