I just got a little sick!

I LOVE bacon
I like mayonnaise
I like BLT's

I just hate the name! I'm one of those people who have problems with certain names like congealed, gristle, jiggle, etc... sorry, I have problems!

 

I am buying some today!!!!!

 

Add two high fat content and heavily saturated in cholesterol items together and you have a heart attack waiting to happen. Of course it'll be delicious because it is so bad for you.

 

If you love bacon and are ever in Charleston S.C., you must make a pilgrimage to Hominy Grill and have the shrimp sauteed with scallions and bacon served over cheese grits!

The shrimp is sauteed in a mixture of safflower oil and bacon fat...add some scallions and green peppers, a bit of onion, salt pepper and caynenne and top over cheese grits.

 

^^ Wasn't that guy on Throwdown with Bobby Flay? Those people take their shrimp and grits SERIOUSLY... It looked pretty awesome.

 

Not sure...but life don't get no better then cheese grits and the flavor of bacon!

 

been off the radar for a few days at my company's annual conference....

I am on the board of directors of this company....LOL


I have all the bacon salts and now I have to buy some of this and see if it passes the "spoon directly into mouth" test
