One of my clients has 75 acres they live on. He hates cows but has several just to keep the grass knocked down. Everytime I go out there and drive down the super long, but also very straight driveway that cuts right down the middle of the property I day dream of having a place like that one day and setting up a private track. Left side or right of the "main driveway" - I wouldn't care.
