Its a truck meet now a days

 

lol. meets use to be fun when we use to meet up at the sheriffs office about 5 years ago

 

Old thread but I would go to a meet in Brevard, just an excuse to take the S2000 out, go somewhere for lunch or a drink and look at the other cars.
Anywhere between Cocoa and Vero.
I am in Vero and there must be at least 10 S2000's here. Mostly older owners like me.
I see dc50818 passing by sometimes but it looks like we are the only one from Vero here.

 

Meeting up would require me to take my S2000 off jack stands between track days, too much work! Hey Nicks this is Jason from the last PBIR day with HOD. Videos aren't done yet but I was doing about a 1:36 on average.

 

Crazy to hear about Merrit island because that was the spot when I was in high school granted I graduated in 2006. Palm Bay had their share of meets back then as well.

 

that's pretty good buddy. yea I am only bout 3 seconds faster so that is not bad at all. u should take ur car out sometime and come to some of the Orlando s2k meets I usually set them up every month. also I go up to Melbourne all the time to see nick the other guy at pbir with the silver ap1 to hang out

 

I see u every now and then but very rare. sometimes I see u in the scion frs to but I know u don't know I have one
yea there r a few guys but no one really meets up or does auto x or road course in vero.

 

Nice! That was my first time at PBIR I certainly wasn't on pace myself. I think the best I was doing was like 1:39s!

I was posting more to network with people locally...meets or no meets...it's always good to know at least a couple local people with the same car as you, I'd think. I'm not new to the Honda scene but I'm def new to the s2000 scene and I figured finding local people with them was easier on here than flagging one down on US1 or something.
