OK, I know it's not Special or anything, but... I used plain ole Krylon polyurethane on mine (banner Red). I did it about 4 years ago, no peeling blistering or any other sign of failure. You can get just about any color you want at Home Depot...
If you are going black the best stuff to use is the cheap krylon BBQ Grill/ Stove paint. I've used it on most of my cars that I've done road racing on. You just have to tape off and and make it clean.

Hopefully doing this mod soon. I will post some pics when complete. I think that this completes the wheel "look" package for an '04-'05.
