Cannot send PM's!

Cannot send PM's!

I dont know what is going on...trying to send some PM's and its tellin me that it cannot recognize the usernames...just clicking reply typing my message and hitting send...any ideas?

If the person has PMs turned off, I believe that's the message received.

but i sent a pm earlier today and they replied...when i went to reply back it didnt work...and i dont think they would have turned there pm's off
