Default Close call today in the S!

I'm driving on I-4 around 1pm and this freaking big round barricade had toppled over. The Tahoe in front of me plowed it out of my lane. It was very dramatic. It started to roll back into the lanes. Very frightening. My ass must of grabbed 2 inches leather as I barely cleared it. Thank youuu Chevy.

+

= VERY BAD

Lets not forget the baseball that came out of nowhere on 408 2 months ago and cracked my front fender. AHH!!

i was in miami once on i95... i saw a truck a few car lengths in front of me with a bunch of tires on a flat bed loose one, it bounced a couple times till someone hit it with their bumper and it then bounced over the can and bounced once off the ground before jumping the concrete medium, then hit someones hood, bounced a lil higher and then hit someones roof and it just shot straight up over a semi and over tree tops and went into a wooded area off the highway...

true story! craziest thing i ever saw! and i couldn't believe no one slammed on their brakes and caused a 40 car pile up.

ive got a pretty good one for i4 too but....

I hate driving in this god forsaken town! Nobody here can drive, every inch of pavement is under constant construction, and random cars and objects are always going out of their way to smash into you. I swear its an exercise in self preservation everytime I get behind the wheel!

Glad you're ok bud! Keep Lucy safe!

Have to hate objects in the road.

Glad you were able to avoid it. I am sure like you said the pucker factor went way up.

I have to say the road conditions are still better in this country than most.

but, going from ol' NSB to O-towne is not only a culture shock, but an excercise in survival given the conditions of the roads and drivers there.
