Good luck Bri It looked to me that you had control of your car.
It was a clear day, no one or any other vehicle were around you when this alleged careless driving occurred, and you did not cause any damage to person or property. There are no wheel marks on the road where you were stoped to show any trace of careless/reckless driving. This was only the opinion of the officer that stoped you.
The entire Brooksville police dept. converged on all of us, to say the least it was harassing. Even the Puddy mom (April) was pulled over in here yellow MR-2 Spyder and belittled as the officer went over the use of the turn singles and other functions of her car I do think that yellow is now the new red Red sports cars were the target but now it's yellow

There is all ways a place that will welcome a great group of people.

Brian. I wish you luck. I do not know all the facts that happened. But hopefully all will prevail and everything works out.

Kinda long story. here is the short version.

--went to court
--the judge and state att. were very fast and confusing
--they pushed for a Non-adjudicated decision + 250.00 fee
--Brian went for it thinking it was going to expunge his record
--found out it did not do exactly that
--Brian can not have a criminal record at the risk of losing his clearance level in the airforce (that means all sorts of bad news like relocation and ....just bad things)
--Now he has to get a lawyer and submit a motion to change his plea and hope he can bargain for a reduction to careless driving which does not carry criminal charges

I will let him expound upon that and or correct anything I screwed up, he is busy getting ready to leave tomorrow evening so I do not know if he will chime in before he leaves.
