I think it's execellent how we are all hitting them at the same time. Persistance is the key. I hope we all see positive resolution. It's a manufacturing flaw so we should get free replacement. I'm not settling with a 50/50 deal.

The service manager at Kuhn said that I need to see the DSM. They took my name and number and said that they would call me to let me know when he would be at the dealership. I wonder if I should call HOA now and see what they say. What do you guys think? What number are you guys calling?

Jerry, I don't have my stuff with me but I think from memory it was 800-999-1099. I wouldn't bet on that for sure though. If it is you'll need your VIN#. Let us know if that works, if not, I should be able to get my hands on that number Thursday and report back to you. Good luck.

This is great guys. I have an 01 with 28,000 miles. I don't have wear or tears but it's only a matter of time. The top goes up and down a lot.

Keep up the good work.I wish there were more people pushing the tranny problems.

So close but not quite. Here's the correct number.

1-800-999-1009

Wow! Sounds like it's going to happen for you. Keep us posted. I haven't heard anything in the last couple of days but I did leave a message for my service writer to see if he had. We'll see. Hopefully soon.

I hope they do take care of you. I got disappointed on my tranny. The gears are worn and two sycros are bad. They said since my car was supercharged it wasn't covered.

Oh Well! Now I got a 04 tranny with better, gears, carbon fiber syncros, and 4% better gearing. They forced me to do it!
