Default Diff fluid flush and replace - which fluid

What's the best fluid? I'm going to do a tranny flush and fill with OEM stuff but I'm not sure what to use on the diff. I was thinking redline but didn't know whichone or whatever.

A few years ago I ran into the how to on the diff flush and fill...hopefully I'll be able to find it again.

Any help is appreciated.

The LE stuff is very good and probably the best stuff for us right now.

The Redline stuff is also very good but it's life is much much shorter. There have been tests where the redline stuff has been tested and lasts about 1/2 the time. So if you decide to go with this plan on replacing it more often.

The overall most used stuff is probably the mobil 1 stuff. This is because it is more readily available plus it lubricates very well. I have used this stuff for every change in my car except when I tried the redline, LE, and some others.

thanks everyone for the suggestions...I tried calling every autozone/discount auto shop within 20 miles of St Pete looking for the redline stuff but no can find. I found it online on the s2ki marketplace site but they want more in shipping than the bottle. I'm going to go with GM syncromesh for the tranny and the mobil 1 stuff for the diff. Hopefully i'll be able to get to it this weekend.

Is there any particular part number of type of GM syncromesh to use?
