Quick heads up: Painting the calipers should be a full weekend experience. If you are using the G2 kit, or other epoxy based system, you will need a min of 12 hours for the calipers to properly cure (less than that and you run the risk of the application bubbling up or never fully curing, the instructions suggest 24 hrs I believe). this means staying the night and partying if you decide to make it part of your mod day fun.
I STRONGLY suggest you stay away from the caliper paint and other high temp solutions you find at auto parts store and get either this kit:
or go with a powdercoating of some kind. The regular high temp paint always seem to come out flat and never last in real world application (street driving). It flakes off and peels.
Not to rain on the mod day at all, just a word of caution....
They sell $5 a can 1200 degree spray paint at auto parts stores that works just fine, usually caliper paint is only rated to 500 degrees. As long as the prep work prior to painting is done right the end result will be good.
Front headlights are done: painted silver with the clear diffuser. Currently working on the tailights. Does anyone know how to get the black sealant off. Using paint thinner but it's slow going.
Thanks

Puddy - you are always doing great inexpensive mods to the S. Great job once again. That sound proofing still sounds like the way to go one of these days.
Re: corner clearing - I've been nakid for probably 4 years and have LED bulbs in there that look clear but the turn signals burn amber and the marker lights appear more HID is color vs. the orangy glow of OEM once cleared. Same amber LEDs for the sides because I have Rick's clear as well.
