Thumbs up Dora. . . the Skank?

CNN headline today, Dora the Explorer Going Skank, Moms Fear. I shite you not. So naturally the Mom in me had to see what the fuss could be about over poor Dora. Oh boy.

Dora Going Skank?

Why I ask, do beloved children cartoons have to grow up? Why not stay young (Hello Peter Pan anyone?) and be young for the next generations to educate and leave endearing and fond memories of from morning cartoons that the last generation grew up with? Oh but I digress. I had forgotten that corporate America sometimes gets it wrong (The Big Three ring any bells or how about Countrywide?) and if there is a possibillity of making a buck, and a quick one, they're on it like a pack of ravenous flesh eating pigs.

Good bye Dora the Explorer. Welcome Dora the

I find it funny how many 'p0rn' versions of cartoons there are out there. So many folks obviously were impacted differently by Elmer Fudd. I think after Jessica Rabbit it was over for being a kid
