Actually, Honda attempted bikes (bicycles) in the late 80's, and the market did not fare well in Europe. The SSX model was the best seller, but was discontinued within two years of initial production. The design rights and patents were soon sold to famous bike manufaturer Trek USA, which led to the eventual Trek 7452 monoque carbon design, later riden by Floys Landis in the Tour de Italia, to an eventual 2nd place finish. Go Honda!
