In as always , My friend has our cabin on the market but as long as it doesnt sell I will have that again, and if it does sell, he has several others to chose from. Its couples this time, I think the wives are coming.

looks like a good group. Should be fun.

Anyone have a schedule of how the trip played out this year? Where did everyone stay? When did the group leave. My best freind from Sanford may go with me as the 1st mate is in school at that time.

I tried convincing the wife to come, but then the other week we went to Zephyrhills and she got queezy. She's out.

Schedule in 08 was depart Tampa on Thursday drive to Dillard Georgia, overnight at The Dillard House http://www.dillardhouse.com/

We took I-75 to just north of Lake City where we went back roads via Hwy 129 (yes the same 129 as the dragon) great drive thru the back roads of Georgia.

Friday morning continue drive to Deals Gap beginning with War Woman Road! (Top Downm heater on, twisties!) Friday afternoon on the Dragon, Friday evening get together, beer swap etc.

Saturday group drives, Dragon & banquet. Sunday morning return caravan to T-Town.

I suspect we will keep the same schedule.

I have the same problem with my wife, she doesn't want to go...I've promised her a Louie Beton bag, that might change her mind

 

Sounds like this is the week before Spring exams for me.
I really want to go but I doubt I will be able to make it.
