Exclamation An Epic FAIL Thread

So my hubby came across this thread in the Cobalt TSS forum while researching other turbos and insisted I share the merriment and hysterical laughter with all of you.

I confess, that I am clueless as to how an engine works and when looking beneath the hood I have no idea WTF it is I am even looking at. As a little girl I use to stand beside my Dad with his head under the hood (me on my tippy toes) while he repaired his old 10 yr. old Ford Ranger, peppering him with questions. Alas, he never answered my questions and I was left ignorant in my thirst of knowledge. However, I can gratefully and with the upmost satisfaction state that even I, in my limited education, would have never in my wildest imagination, thought of what this poster asked!

Reverse?

Now the question remains, is this really the most ignorant and asinine of people (if so, PLEASE DO NOT PROCREATE!) or has this indivual enjoyed a great laugh and wave of attention out of others gullibility?

he may be joking around. i've seen a few threads over the years with that exact same topic.

some other hilariously idiotic threads ive seen are:

- guy with lexus is300 wants to make his tire TREAD clean like the walls of his tires, so he sprays tire shine on the entire tread... then drifted into a tree

- neon owner wanted to sandblast his head (i assume to do a port and polish lol) and stuck a bag of sand at the end of his intake tube

- vw owner put coolant in his motor, whoever changed the "oil" took a pic of the bright green fluid that came out of the oil pan.

im sure ive seen some others but those are the ones that REALLY stuck lol
