fast and furiwhat?
I was too busy watching the AVP trailer over and over.

First AVP was nice just to see them both on screen but it was pretty lame, it was nice how they tied in Weyland-Yutani and Bishop except for a little continuity (sort of) from Alien 3.
After reading the books and comics I've craved a full on movie since both series are my favorite sci-fi movies, especially Aliens.

As far as gory and disturbing, its not too much more than either of the respective series contained. They're both sci-fi/horrow genre and its still far from the "torture pr0n" thats been showing up lately and classed as horror.

F&F featuring a Buick GNX is pretty cool, fast & fugly should be the name.

Er, wait. I'm confused. I thought there was already a "Alien v/s Predator". Are you saying that there is a remake on the horizon already?

Wasn't the first bad enough?

yea, AVP: Requiem, its just under the F&F trailer.

The first was indeed weak, if they screw this one up then I guess all hope is lost for a pretty sweet franchise.

the AVP movie is another in the series not a remake. most likely taken from one of the graphic novels.

I love how off topic this thread is.

Just like the Predator Series and the Alien series there are good and bad installments

AVP's goodness/badness will always depend on storyline, director, and execution.

The fan base and the critters will sell themselves, it is up to the the screenwriters, producers and directors to determine whether or not it is good or bad.

So I wonder if the girl from AVP shows up to "let everyone know" how to kill the bad guys.

Just curious if the Alien mixed with predator shows up too?

I can't get the trailer to play over here. SUCKS AR$E

I'll sum it up for ya raven...

Predators crash land in woods in Colorado
Baby aliens escape
dumbasses investigate crash
all hell breaks loose
army moves in
everyone gets killed, except probably one lonely survivor
