You havent had it that long. I almost took mine off an hour after it went on. I love it now. Driving through the mountains with the Invidia screaming is a near-religious experience. I do put the silencers in for long trips but they stay out for everyday driving. Just my $.02 worth.

I know, that's why this is a feeler and not a true for sale. I'm considering my options. I'm split on the issue of setting off every car alarm for 50 ft around me. Still just thinking about it. The other exhaust I was thinking about is probably just as loud anyways, the Veilside Teardrop. Oh well.

Veilside teardrop will split your ears wide open.

If you want a step down in noise and probably a gain in performance look into HKS dual Hipower

If you are going for single exit T1R sparrow (70 mm I think) sounds awesome

FUjitsubo
Hayame

Are all good

but if you are thinking about dropping the kind of coin to get the teardrop then why not go for the Amuse dual Titans?

Gruppe-S has the Veilside Teardrop for $800, that is why I was looking at it.

Will the HKS actually provide more power gains than the Invidia? I plan to install a header, maybe Rick's or similar along with the Greddy eManage Ultimate next spring. Which will work better with that set up? I want power first and foremost. Eventually, 2 years away, I plan to set up ITB's and bump the displacement to 2.5 liters. I want an all motor monster, if the Invidia is better for that then I will hold onto it.

Not sure this woman I'm dating is going to work out, if she doesn't, well, that's just that much more money for my car. Gotta have priorities right?

Arrr I agree with the captain. When I first got mine it was like but a test pipe tamed it down a little and after 500ish miles it quiets down.

I will never get rid of this exhaust unless someone gives me the new T1r 70mm

so i say keep it

and the hks has a gain of ZERO hp
