Finally!...Good Diving Weather
I'm tired of trying to find excuses not to get up early and enjoy this car the way the it was intended. Who wants to join me?? DST is for sissy's......!! Remember, you turn your clocks back an hour this weekend. You can power nap later on in the afternoon.
For those of you that know, I am the black belt of country bumpkin' back road driving. I plan to "dust" the roads of their blue hair and shred them of their heritage on Sunday morning when it is suppose to be in the mid 50's early in the morning.
Come join me for the closest thing to North Carolina driving that this state offers.
Top Down is mandatory. Whimps can turn on their heaters. No hints or clues as to where we are going or end up. Just tag along and rubber neck the scenery. Nothing stupid. Just clean spirited fun.
If you have 2 way radios...bring them. Channel to be announced on site.
Post up if you want to play. Meeting spot will be Cracker Barrel at 6:00 AM if you want to eat breakfast. 7:00 AM prompt & sharpe if you want to just drive. You snooze....you loose.
Exit 10 on I-4 NW corner....part of the Lazy Days quadrant. Who is game.....?? Be fully fueled and ready to roll.

I would love to be there but I will be at work til 4am and have to be back at 11am. I wish I could say "I'll sleep when I'm dead." But if I don't sleep I might die. It really is a lose lose for me this weekend. Sorry I can't make it. Have fun and be safe.

i'll be doing the same thing for the next 48hrs. My route will be between Ocala and Daytona through the Ocala National Forest. The Forest always has 3-5 degree lower temps too ... and it was 46 at my house this morning!
