Does anyone know if Florida Law requires a used car dealer to tell a buyer the car has been wrecked? I asked this particular question on the Florida Attorney General's site but have not recieved a reply yet. I thought some of you Florida folks might know. Thanks in advance for any information.

 

I doubt it, however you can have any insurance office run your vin and determine if there have been any claims on the car. It is much more accurate and cheaper than carfax.
