I've installed almost every intake made for the "S" and did before and after drives. I.M.O. no intake will give more than increased throttle response with good looks and great sound to varying degrees, significant horsepower increase WILL NOT HAPPEN no matter what intake you choose. That choice is up to you based on price , looks , sound, possible water ingestion issues , heatsoak prone issues ect. I currently have a gutted stock airbox and a Weapon -R on standby and it is by far the loudest intake with the Comptech being a little louder than stock( louder with lid removed). I am a fan of the shorter intakes for ease of install and access to filter for cleaning and no water issues. Good luck, the Comptech is a good deal and close with free install!

 

i wanted the comptech initially, BUT it wont fit with the neuspeed strut bar there and I dont want to get rid of it.
