only because they are profiteering enough to suffer for it .... or that there isn't a law against it in Florida anymore. Either way ... why not wait? Personal choices to be socially acceptable ... fun time.

i'll try to find and post a link to the latest decision ... but, the courts are realizing the issue is not 'market value' but more of monopolizing the availability. PS3's will sit on store shelves collecting dust in another year ... and no one needs it to cook food or run their AC ... but i do know some people do eat, breathe, and sleep in their games - yes, and sometimes i'm one of them.

Huricane supplies is whole different matter ... cuz everyone still can buy 'swimmies' ... and that's ALL you need during a Hurricane! jk
