1st mate got me some "peeps" Little yellow ones

 

1st mate and I went to early church and then came home to make eggs benedict from scatch, hollandaise sauce and all. BTW we bake our easter ham in BEER and brown sugar so it has an insane good flavor to it.

 

cooking for 9 at least over here

sams club ham (very comparable to honey baked)
mashed taters
green beans
salad with Disney's Ohana's restraunt classic dressing
tons of hors de vours or however you spell those damn things

and sunday pie!!!! I will have to explain this one in person...nothing equals it on this planet

Ohhhh, wait till Mama Mia, aka the Neck, catches wiind of that coment.

We normally do a big spread but Sandy needed to make an uplanned trip to see her mom. Kids and I had fun though. I made bunny prints coming up from the back yard, through the porch and into the kitchen, up to their baskets full off goodies. Used a cut out of paw prints on a file folder and some flour. Of course he had to take a few bites of the carrots that were left too as proof he had been there.

Later in the day an early dinner with my folks over at one of our favoriate seafood places. Pretty good day the the family

Easter was great... got to spend it in Orlando with the whole family, and even was able to get in a great day of autocrossing... sweet!
